If you advertise a program to build a downline, you have probably asked yourself this question: How to write an ad text?
(1) Tell the TRUTH.
You should always tell the truth in an ad. With no exception.
For example, if you earn $1/month from a site, and you tell people that they can earn $10. In a short time, you may have lots of people joining under you. But they will soon find out the truth. The next time, they will be a lot more careful when reading your ads.
(2) Tell people WHY you like a site.
You can copy and paste the homepage of a PTR site, but people have probably seen the page many times. The special feeling for a favourite site is NEVER formulated on the site's homepage.
(3) Your ad text should be concise.
The longer your text is, the harder it will be for reading. [By the way, are you still reading here?]
For example, when advertising TesasTeaMails, there is no need to mention 4 referral levels: the information is already advertised in all other ads.
(4) Inform people of something they may not be aware of.
For example, when advertising TesasTeaMails, you should tell people that it has a support forum where all questions get answered in a timely and friendly manner.
(5) Should we promote only new or relatively new sites, in order to get most referrals?
The answer is, obviously, no. Good sites are always worth our efforts.
Advertising an old site does not mean less people willing to join. In fact, my recommendation of AdPaid is followed by many fellow surfers, even though we have the impression that everyone is already a member of this old and popular site.
[Thanks to a fellow surfer for pointing out a misprint!]
